Studio and contracting details
NIVIVIN Labs is the trade name under which this independent product studio operates. Formal operator identity, address, tax information where applicable, and contracting details are provided before a commercial engagement is agreed.
Purpose of this website
This website introduces NIVIVIN Labs, its current product range, capabilities, and areas of study. Website content is general information and may be revised as the studio's work develops.
Product status and availability
Products and demonstrations are available selectively. Pipeline information is not a public launch date, availability promise, or commitment to release a product or feature. The website does not promise a hosted service, continued availability, support, or any particular product configuration.
Engagements and delivery
An enquiry, meeting, demonstration, access request, estimate, or exchange of material does not create a contract, partnership, agency, employment, advisory, fiduciary, or confidential relationship. Commercial work begins only after written terms on scope, responsibilities, timing, fees, ownership, delivery, support, and other applicable matters are accepted.
Confidential information
Do not submit confidential, proprietary, or sensitive information through the enquiry form. If confidentiality is needed, ask about it before sharing details. A duty of confidentiality arises only where it is set out in an accepted written agreement.
Delivery model
Unless a written agreement states otherwise, NIVIVIN Labs develops, documents, and hands over the agreed product. The client is responsible for its hosting, accounts, credentials, provider terms, data, backups, operation, and security after delivery.
Product limitations
PROMORP supports prompt improvement and reusable workflows. Its outputs and workflows require human review, and users remain responsible for provider terms, costs, credentials, and use. NOECORA is a non-diagnostic wellbeing tool for adults and is not a medical, mental-health, or emergency service. Celestial SWOT is designed for structured reflection. It does not provide factual certainty, guaranteed predictions, or medical, legal, financial, or other professional advice.
Intellectual property
The website, branding, product names, written material, and original visual material belong to their respective owners. Displaying a product does not grant a licence or other right. Ownership and licensing for commercial work are governed only by the applicable written agreement. A person submitting material confirms that they have the right to share it.
Third-party services
A delivered product may depend on services, accounts, or interfaces supplied by other providers. Their availability, terms, charges, security, and performance remain outside NIVIVIN Labs' control.
